This second sitting coaches of this train are worst no ventilation at all ....passengers feels so- so suffocated and scorching hot inside the coaches the fans installed in these coaches do not gives air at all they are just for show piece passengers will keep on sweating through out their journey and condition of seats is also worst and the levers for inclining the seat are also malfunctioning and this train gets beated by all the VIP trains such as Vande Bharat l, Tejas EXPRESS and so on ....controller of Railway don't give any value to this train and it's passengers also. I have a request from ministry of railways to kindly improve the condition of coaches of this train and make them airy...and also give some preference to this train also alike other VIP trains bcoz passengers of this train are also equally important their time is also very precious like passengers of VIP trains...kindly take my remark seriously and improve the condition of GOMTI EXPRESS 12419 and 12420🙏🏻🙏🏻
